  1. Inspire scholarships @ Rs. 80,000 Per Annum for B.Sc. Students (Med & Non Medical) who happen to be among the top 1% in 12th standard at their respective board examination or have secured a rank among top 10,000 in joint Enterance examination of IIT/AIEEE/AIPMT or happen to be KVPY/NTSE/Jagdish Boss National science talent searchscholars.   2. Post Matric Scholarship Scheme of Govt. of India can be availed by  a permanent resident of Punjab who belongs to the Schedule Caste / Schedule tribe and pursuing studies at post matric/ secondary stage in any part of India. For more details refer to following website http://punjabscholarships.gov.in/
  • In case such students do not wish to avail this scheme or are ineligible they must inform the office. The scholarship form is available in the office. To avail this scholarship, the student must have  aadhar card and online bank account number.
  • Eligible students of under this scheme. (from the year 2008-09) whose parents do not have an annual income of more than 2.5 lacs, don’t have to pay their tuition fee and non refundable compulsory fees covered under post matric scholarship. Therefore, students eligible under this scheme, must contact the bursar/Clerk in-charge of scholarship.

  • The Govt. gives scholarship to students from schedule castes/S.T. who wish to pursue studies after +2. After admission, the student must immediately fill the required form and submit it in the office. The scholarship amount will only be deposited in the students online bank a/c. Therefore all information regarding the bank a/c no must be correct and it must be activeNon payment of scholarship due to wrong information of bank a/c number, will be the sole responsibility of the concerned student.

3.  Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme for students of minority community. Under this scheme (from 2008-09) the students of minority community (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains ) whose parents/guardians have an annual income of less than 2.0 lakhs and have secured 50% marks in the final Examinations of the previous class, can avail this scholarship. Therefore the students eligible under this scheme, must immediately contact the clerk in-charge of scholarship after their admission. The last date for submission of scholarship application online is 15th Sept. 2017 for fresh applicants and 10th Oct. 2017 for renewal of scholarship. For more details refer to following website http://www.momascholarship.gov.in/

4.  Welfare Scheme for state O.B.C. Under this scheme students of Backward classes who are permanent residents of Punjab and are studying in Govt. Colleges Punjab are given a stipend, on the condition that their parents annual income is not more than 1.0 lakh.

5. Scholarships for sports person. According to Punjabi University, Letter No. 4810/81 College dated 20-05-2014. Meritorious sports person will be given Rs.  4000/-  annual Financial help under Raja Bhalindra Singh sports incentive scheme. For more information contact Prof. Surjit Sigh (Head, Physical Edu. 7. Sarbat Da Bhalla trust offers fee support to three categories of college students*..Any student who has either one parent or have lost both of the parents, meritorious students of general category (above 90%) and weaker section meritorious students.                                      Form is common for all three categories.               Application Form                                            

All to fill form and attach 6 month bank statement along with other documents listed in the form and submit with SDB team of concerned district.
